Our founder carried recipes passed down through three generations, adapting them to the ingredients available in New York without ever compromising on technique. Every batch of tortillas is hand-pressed. Every chile is toasted by hand. Every evening, the kitchen opens and the same standards apply.
Located on Neptune Avenue in the heart of the neighborhood, we are not a chain, not a concept, and not a trend. We are a restaurant that believes a taco should be the best thing you eat all day.
